Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the role of stress-related factors, recovery and well-being of the perceived health of pregnant women who are expecting their first child. The following questions were used to answer the purpose: How often do the participants feel stressed? What health promotion activities are the participants using to feel good everyday during their pregnancy? Method: The method was mixed method. Data collection was done through paper questionaires. Results: The results were divided into three categories, stress-related factors, recovery and wellness.
